Fiamma Wood Fired Pizza is a beloved, family friendly and highly-rated pizzeria operating in three locations throughout New Jersey. Our extensive menu incorporates a variety of authentic entrees, classic Italian pastas, fresh salads and speciality sandwiches.
Since
2014
Our hand-made pizza is cooked at a 900-degree temperature in our Acunto wood fired ovens, shipped direct from Napoli, Italy. This high temperature ensures the necessary antioxidants and nutrients are retained in our vegetables during cooking, provides an enhanced flavour due to even heat distribution and a quicker cooking time at your convenience. In addition, we use the finest Red Oak wood chosen locally to provide a unique, smoky taste.
We guarantee to only use the highest quality fresh produce and ingredients all of which deliver our pure classic Italian flavours.
